AXE is an affordable and really well located rental condo project. We chose this site – and the name of this project – for its location at the crossroads of the 30/132 highways, but also because this innovative and aesthetic real estate project is located in a neighborhood on the south shore of Montreal between nature and city.

We have chosen to strategically bring out our project in the municipality of Delson because the South Shore is a dynamic economic area. With a population of 7,600, the City enjoys a peaceful setting only 20 minutes from Montreal.

Delson is a young population, a large amount of businesses and services offered by the City: City Hall, elementary and high schools, school board, a municipal garage, a fire station, a sports centre and a community centre.
